Luxury Living For All Seasons

Located high in the Northern Rockies, Big Sky, Montana has something to offer for everyone.  Magnificent mountains for both skiing and hiking, endless outdoor activities, trout-laden rivers and streams, superb dining, and a variety of shopping, all accented with a touch of western charm.

Big Sky is surrounded by the magnificent Gallatin Range of Northern Rockies, located in the southwest corner of Montana. The elevation at the top of Lone Peak is 11,150 feet... the Mountain Village sits at 7,500 feet... the Meadow Village elevation is approximately 6,200 feet... and along the Canyon elevation is in the vicinity of 5,900 feet.

Average winter temperature hovers around 20 F, with summer temperatures generally climbing into the upper 80's. There is very little humidity, which makes the snow lighter and fluffier. Average annual snowfall is 400 inches.

Big Sky is consistently rated one of the top ski areas in the US.  Big Sky Resort and Moonlight Basin have recently teamed up to offer a single ticket, the LONE PEAK PASS to access both Resorts - that's 5582 acres of skiing, 4350 vertical feet, 220+ chutes and bowls.  Combined with the nonexistent lift lines that Big Sky is famous for, this is a skiers heaven.

There are many winter activities in Big Sky, including cross coutry skiing, excellent snowshoing, ice skating, dog sledding, ice fishing, snowmobiling and much more.   There truly is something for everyone

During the summer, Big Sky offers many activities for the outdoorsman, including fly fishing, hiking, horseback riding, rafting and mountain biking.
